Gallaher Companies is seeking a full-time intermediate level Graphic Designer to join our team in Windsor, CA. With a diverse portfolio of 15+ independently branded projects and an exciting pipeline of new endeavors, this designer will play a pivotal role within our in-house design team. In addition to lending their creative insights and technical expertise to collaborative projects, this role will also independently tackle smaller assignments. From brochures, digital ads, and new brand development to mass mailers and billboard signage, the range and scope of projects is ever changing and dynamic.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute and manage to the comprehensive design process from conception to design, proofing, and production.

• Collaborate with senior designers and cross functional teams to develop graphics and design elements for a variety of mediums including brochures, website visuals, signage, branding materials, digital assets, and more.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and deliverables consistently.

• Understand project requirements and adhere to management’s specifications and branding guidelines.

• Independently conduct local onsite visits to gather project scope and design deliverables.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional design experience.

• Strong understanding of design principals, color theory, typography, and layout design.

• Self-starter who takes initiative and has a passion for design.

• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are a must).

• A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that demonstrate creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail.

• Experience with Squarespace a plus, but not necessary.
